Phil works with new Sitestream clients to ensure smooth onboarding and timely implementations.  Unique in his role, Phil has been a consumer of automated traffic enforcement during his time as an  Assistant Police Chief in Iowa (also a graduate of the FBI National Academy) and later as a project manager in the automated traffic enforcement space as his law enforcement career was winding down.
